Red Velvet with Cream Cheese

I bet you can't guess what I like to do when I'm feeling stressed...

Bake.

I bet you can't guess what I like to bake...
Cupcakes.

How did you guess?

Well, I imagine you're wondering why I have baked six dozen cupcakes.

My mom received bad news at her doctor's appointment earlier this week. Her doctor told us some things that we didn't want to hear. He told us that there were other kinds of treatment, but this time she'll lose her hair. This time she'll have to get the port. This time...we'll see what happens.

Guess what I do when I'm finished baking the cupcakes...

I wish cupcakes cured cancer.

    The cupcakes look devine!!!
For Aiden's christening, I made homemade BLUE velvet cupcakes! They were so cute, and delicious. That was my first homemade from scratch velvet cake.

So sorry to hear about your mom, she and your family will be in my thoughts.
